We started by solving our own customers' problems. HAPA Cloud PMS came out of years spent watching short-stay operators juggle bookings across a dozen channels, chase payments and rebuild the same owner report every month. Simplicity Cloud came from the other side of the fence, maintenance contractors running planned and reactive work across hundreds of sites with paper job sheets and a whiteboard.
Building those two taught us the unglamorous parts: how to make software people use every day without training, how to move data between systems that were never meant to talk, and how to keep it running once the launch is over. That is the same team you get when you ask us for a website, a mobile app or an AI agent.
